1. General

These terms and conditions shall prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, unless prior express written consent.
V8 equipment reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the conditions will be those in effect at the date of the order by the Customer

2.Products
The characteristics of the products offered on the pages "Products" site. They comply with the European legislation. Precise descriptive are indicated on the product page. 3. Prices
The prices of our items are inclusive price in euros, taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order; any rate change will be reflected in the price. All orders, whatever their origins are payable in Euros.
The price on the product description does not include shipping. Shipping fees are due in addition to the price of items. They are calculated as accurately based on the actual cost of delivery by “LA POSTE” or MONDIAL RELAY and are listed on the site at the time of order confirmation.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, including VAT for France and EEC countries. This price includes the price of products, handling and packaging of products and transport costs.

4. Sale in countries of the European Union

5.Operation

To order, the Customer must:

6.Disponibilités

7. Payment
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by V8 Concepts. The products are payable the day of the order. Payment is by Paypal, credit card, check, or wire transfer.


• By credit card via PayPal
Payments by Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard accepted in France) will be made through the PayPal system using a secure protocol so that the transmitted information is encrypted by software and no third party can become acquainted during transport over the network. 8. Shipping & Delivery
The shipping time is from February to March workdays (administrative processing and preparation of the order). This process can not begin until the payment is received in full. The maximum delivery time is 15 days (working days) after ordering the product, except in cases of force majeure. V8 is committed to minimizing equipment, in most cases, the delivery time to 48 working hours.
The Customer may cancel the order if the shipment did not place seven days following the deadline indicated by V8 equipment, excluding cases of force majeure. V8 equipment will perform with the Client's bank a Customer's refund request within 10 working days of the request for cancellation.
Delivery, which can only be in the area agreed, is at the address specified by the customer when placing his order. The consequences of an incorrect address (loss of the object, or invoicing new postage ...) will be the responsibility of the buyer.

La Poste Colissimo Recommended, simple Colissimo (or single letter for some products) as selected by the Customer.
The delivery (48 hours Colissimo) are given as an indication. The possible delays do not entitle the Customer to claim damages. The risks are the Customer's expense from the time the goods have left the premises of V8 equipment. The Customer is informed of the departure of the package by sending an email summarizing the products dispatched and informing the tracking number if there is one, to know its evolution in www.coliposte.fr site.
The delivery is considered effective when the deliveries Post tracking system indicates that the package was delivered. The Customer must check upon delivery the proper condition of the package and contents. For shipments letter, La Poste offers neither monitoring nor insurance and, as mentioned above, the risks are borne by the Customer. For colissimo against signature, the Customer must contact V8 equipment if the package tracking Post website (www.coliposte.fr) shows no trace of this parcel.

In case the customer does not receive Colissimo without signature so it appears to be delivered in the tracking table www.coliposte.fr website, the Customer will be closer to his post office nearest and inform V8 equipment by email (contact@vertical_8.com) for a claim to be filed. An investigation will then be opened from the Post Office Services. The Customer will receive an email with the opening of this investigation. Pending the response of the Post, V8 equipment is not required to refund or replace the parcels awaiting delivery. In all cases where the delivery method chosen is Colissimo delivery, the Post is responsible for the contracted insurance works, it should follow the litigation process (reserve on delivery, claim filing deadline ...) . In case of absence during the delivery a calling card will be deposited in the mailbox. The package can be removed in a post office within 10 days of the filing of the notice.
Beyond this period, the parcel is returned to V8 equipment. Forwarding fees are the responsibility of the Customer and payable prior to the return of the parcel. The customer will have the option to cancel the order and refund the product excluding shipping costs (those remaining dependent). All orders V8 Concepts is for the personal use of Clients, Clients or recipients of products is strictly forbidden partial or complete products.

-By Mondial Relay
The package is sent to the Delivery Point Relay or at the address specified by the customer when registering on the web and on the options available with the destination country.

Responsibility for Mondial Relay is exempt in the following cases:

In case of loss or damage of the package, Mondial Relay operates a refund of 25 € TTC per package, including postage
Mondial Relay will make every effort to deliver the parcels within 3 working days from the support for a delivery in metropolitan France. For international deliveries, the deadline is 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination.
These are average times recorded are not guaranteed and can not be subject to possible compensation.

The customer can choose whether to insure their packages by adding the desired level of compensation based on the value of the parcel.
Mondial Relay offers customers an optional 3 Fixed assurance levels (see pricing conditions).
This additional insurance covers loss or damage observed during delivery of the parcel to the recipient up to the selected level, including postage. The parcel will be declared by Mondial Relay, lost or damaged within 15 days of support the package from the Point Relay.

V8 Concepts SARL company can not be held liable for breach of contract in case of force majeure, disruption or general strike, partial or total, including postal services and means of transport and / or communication, flood, storm or fire.

9.Complaint
By signing the delivery note as part of a Colissimo with signature, the customer accepts the products delivered in the state and therefore no claim for damages suffered during transport will be accepted. It is the client's responsibility to carry out checks and make all reservations detailed the arrival of goods and exercising, if any, recourse against the carrier.
All claims relating to defective goods delivered to an inaccuracy in the quantities or to an erroneous reference in relation to the order confirmed by the seller, must be made by email to contact@vertical-8.com within 7 days from receipt of goods otherwise the right to claim will cease to exist. The return can only be made after allocation of a return number (see Article 11 of these Terms)

10.Rightofwithdrawal

As of the date of delivery of the order, if the Customer is an individual, it has a period of 14 days to assert his right of withdrawal, and be reimbursed the amount of products. Freight forwarding costs are borne by the Customer.
To be reimbursed, the product must be new and complete (notice, spare parts), in its original packaging. It must not show-any-traces of use or wear-free and clean.

11.Return/andRefund

All returns must be subject to prior authorization by electronic mail (email) to conctact@vertical-8.com containing: Client name, product name to return, the purchase date and the reason for return and in case of default, explicit photos of it. In the following days, an email reply indicating either a return number and the return procedure, a request for additional information or a reasoned refusal will be sent.

2.Disputes

13.Warranty
V8 Concepts warrants its products against any defects in workmanship and materials. It offers a standard 2 year warranty. If this kind of failure were to appear, V8 Concepts make the necessary corrective measures.
The warranty is limited to the value of the product concerned. It is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it is intended and under normal conditions. It does not cover damage caused by third parties during transportation (such as air travel).
